Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

Items ship between 3-5 business days from receiving your order.

Large orders can take up to 7 business days to prepare. 

Charges are based on your location and method of shipment. Items shipped within the USA are sent via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex Express or Ground.

International orders are shipped via DHL Fed Ex International UPS or USPS. Please contact us if you would prefer to ship using another freight forwarder of your choice. 

Shipping outside of USA, buyer is responsible for all international shipping taxes and duties. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. 

 

RETURNS 

Returns will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

To begin a return please email returns@arclothing.com with your order #. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Shipping charges and taxes are non refundable.
